Choose the service type in the form, enter the pickup and drop-off, the date and time, and the number of passengers. The booking form confirms the final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability. Once the reservation is made you receive a confirmation with the details; keep it for changes or cancellations.

For airport pickups, the flight number matters most. The chauffeur uses it to follow the flight and to confirm the terminal, so an early or late landing moves the pickup automatically.

Book at least 24-48 hours ahead for most trips, and 2-4 weeks ahead for weddings, corporate events and groups that need more than one Sprinter. Same-day trips are accepted when a van is available; for anything in the next few hours, call (917) 540-3199 rather than using the form.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged at 50%, and no-shows are charged the full fare. Wedding and event bookings can carry different terms, shown on the confirmation.
