Services

ExecutiveSprinterNYC.com provides executive Mercedes Sprinter van transportation services in the New York City metropolitan area. Our services include airport transfers, corporate shuttles, wedding transportation, event transportation, hourly charter, and point-to-point service.

Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text message. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and corporate accounts. All prices are subject to change. Tolls, parking fees, and gratuity are not included unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full fare. Special cancellation terms may apply for weddings and large events.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any damage to our vehicles caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.

Liability

ExecutiveSprinterNYC.com shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
