Airport Group Transfers

Airport Group Transfers & Shuttle Service NYC with Driver

Airport group transfers bring the whole team together in one chauffeured Mercedes Sprinter on one schedule. It’s a private booking priced from $600 for the transfer, or from $200 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, and a professional driver runs the trip. JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro, Westchester County and Islip are all covered.

Flights are tracked, so a late landing moves the pickup and the driver isn’t left waiting at the wrong hour. Meet and greet inside the terminal is available, and Sprinter boarding follows each airport’s designated pickup rules. Wheelchair-accessible Sprinters are available across the tri-state.

About Airport Group Transfers

Four rideshares means four arrival times and four bills. One Sprinter means one arrival and, with corporate billing, one invoice. The case gets stronger with every suitcase. The tradeoff is that everyone leaves together, so a colleague held up at customs holds the van. If a group lands across a wide window, book hourly time and let the driver wait.

Shuttle Service NYC for Executive Groups

A private shuttle follows your list, and there is no public timetable. Give the boarding count for each run and name one person who can speak for the group. Typical loops are a Midtown hotel to the Javits Center on Eleventh Avenue, a Brooklyn office to an offsite in Long Island City, or a hotel to a client dinner. Venues often have a separate door for group loading, so ask the host and put it in the itinerary.

Airport Shuttle Service NYC: Plan the Arrival and Return

For each arrival, send the manifest: names, mobile numbers, airline, flight number and the final address. Flights are tracked, so a delay moves the pickup and doesn’t add a charge. When colleagues land on separate flights, say who joins which pickup. For the return, send the departure airline, flight and pickup address, and add any stop on the way.

Airport Transportation Near Me

Start with the exact pickup, the borough and the airport code. A hotel entrance and a neighborhood are not the same thing to a driver. Agree one boarding point and give it to every traveler. Manhattan hotels often can’t take a 14-seat van under the canopy, so the curb spot needs confirming with the front desk.

Jersey City to JFK / Newark Airport Shuttle

Jersey City to Newark Liberty can use the New Jersey Turnpike, with timing depending on the pickup address and traffic. Jersey City to JFK is a different day, with a tunnel or bridge crossing and Queens on top of it, so give it the extra time. Send the hotel or office entrance and the right airport. If colleagues join in Hoboken, list that stop too.

Islip (ISP) and Westchester (HPN) Airport Shuttle

Long Island MacArthur (ISP) is in Ronkonkoma, and a Garden City hotel and a house in East Hampton are very different starting points. Golf bags and event materials belong on the request next to the headcount. Westchester County Airport (HPN) sits near White Plains and is the closest field to Greenwich and Stamford. For private aircraft at Teterboro or HPN, send the tail number and the FBO.

Private Airport Shuttle or Shared Ride: What You Book

This is one van for your group. Nobody else rides, and there’s no per-seat fare. The tradeoff is that everyone goes together, so a colleague stuck at customs holds the van. If arrivals are spread across hours, book hourly time or ask us to split the pickups.

Executive Shuttle Departures and Waiting

For an event, work backward from the time guests need to be inside and add boarding and a walk to registration. For the return, say whether everyone leaves together or on set runs. For an office loop, send the days, the first and last departures and any end date. Waiting inside the booked window is covered, and extra time depends on the van being free.

Airport Shuttle Prices

An airport transfer starts at $600. If the van waits, hours are billed from $200 with a 3-hour minimum. Islip, several arrival groups or a long itinerary need a route-specific quote. Quotes vary with tolls, taxes and availability, and chauffeur gratuity is paid separately. Drive times depend on traffic, the terminal and the Midtown address. Planning estimates for five airport examples are below; they can be longer, and ISP is also served:

  • JFK International: roughly 45-75 minutes, traffic permitting
  • LaGuardia: roughly 25-45 minutes, traffic permitting
  • Newark Liberty: roughly 35-55 minutes, traffic permitting
  • Teterboro: roughly 30-50 minutes, traffic permitting
  • Westchester County: roughly 45-75 minutes, traffic permitting

Book the Complete Shuttle Schedule

Use the quote form or call (917) 540-3199 with the date, every stop, departure times, passengers per run and bags. Include the traveling contact. For a recurring route, add the days and any pauses. Review the route, layout and hours before you circulate pickup instructions, and pass changes to dispatch so the booking matches what riders were told.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which airports do you serve?
JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Teterboro, Westchester County (HPN) and Long Island MacArthur (ISP). Tell us the airport, the terminal if you know it and the flight number.
How long does the chauffeur wait after we land?
Airport transfers include 30 minutes of wait for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international ones, Passport control, customs and baggage collection can take longer, so confirm additional waiting in the quote. Delays are tracked, so a late flight doesn’t use up the wait.
How much luggage fits?
It depends on the layout and the bags, so send the count. Fourteen people with a bag each is a different job from fourteen with roller cases and carry-ons. If it won’t fit, we’ll say so and offer another plan before you book.
Can one Sprinter collect people arriving on different flights?
Yes. List each flight on the reservation. If arrivals are far apart, hourly booking is usually the better fit, since the van waits inside your hours.
Do you offer wheelchair-accessible Sprinters?
Yes. The WAV Sprinter is available across the tri-state (NY, NJ and CT). Choose the ADA / wheelchair-accessible card on the quote form or tell dispatch when you call, and we’ll confirm an accessible van for your date.
Can you install child car seats?
Yes, on request. Tell us how many and the ages when you book.
Can finance get one invoice for the whole team?
Corporate billing is available. Tell us who should receive the invoice when you book.
