For a conference, an offsite, a wedding with guest shuttles or a recurring corporate run, email the plan to info@executivesprinternyc.com rather than booking each leg separately. Include the dates, headcount per leg, every address and the times that cannot move, plus one contact who can answer questions on the day. The schedule and price come back as a single quote, and the vans can then be booked together.
