Send the getting-ready addresses, photo stops, ceremony and reception times, hotel details and the last guest departure. Availability and tolls can move the price, and taxes apply. Gratuity isn’t included.

Start with the timeline: where the wedding party gets ready, the ceremony, photo stops, the reception and the time the last guests need to leave. The Sprinter schedule follows from it. The wedding party usually rides one Sprinter, and hotel-block guests ride shuttles that loop between hotel and venues.

Book two to four weeks ahead, and earlier for June and October Saturdays. Share the planner’s contact so timing can be confirmed directly.

The Sprinter Limo seats 14, with lounge seating, ambient lighting and a sound system, and it suits the wedding party. The Executive also seats 14 and does the guest shuttle work. For a bigger guest list, a second Sprinter may be possible, subject to availability, running the same loop on a staggered schedule.

Guests read one short message. Give them three facts in it: where to board, when the shuttle leaves and who to call. Repeat the last return time somewhere they’ll see it, such as the program or the place cards. Send the same message to the planner, so every version of the day matches.

Decide the return runs before the schedule is printed. Older relatives and parents of young children often want to leave early, while the wedding party stays. Two runs, one early and one at the end, work better than one van waiting for whoever is ready. Tell guests where to board and when the last shuttle leaves.
