Westchester and Greenwich are the suburban regulars. The Hamptons run goes out on Route 27 and Sunrise Highway, Atlantic City and Philadelphia both run south through New Jersey. Each has its own pattern: Friday afternoons out of the city and Sunday evenings back are the slow ones.
Leave a buffer at each end. In the city the approaches to tunnels and bridges decide the last mile, and on longer runs a Friday afternoon can double the traffic. Put your must-arrive time in the request and we’ll work back to the pickup. Tell us if anyone in the group is on a hard clock, such as a flight or a curtain.
Send the pickup address, the drop address, the time you must arrive, the headcount and the bag count. Add a phone number for whoever rides. Building entrances matter in Midtown, where a hotel or office can load on a side street, so name the door if you know it.
A return is its own trip with its own pickup time. Book it with the outbound if you can, so both times are in writing. If the return time is unknown, say so and add the return once it is settled, subject to a Sprinter being free.
