Nine seats is the limit, so count everyone in the cabin, including the host, and send the bag list. Garment bags and laptop cases fit differently from full checked luggage, and captain chairs take more room than a bench. If nine people with checked bags won’t work, we’ll say so and offer the Executive layout.
For a principal flying private into Teterboro or Westchester County, send the tail number and the FBO. For an airline arrival, send the flight number and a name the guest will recognize. Route staff questions through your single contact. The chauffeur works from the itinerary you send and doesn’t need the meeting agenda.
The Jet trades seats for privacy and a place to work. The Executive seats 14, with leather seating, WiFi, USB charging and luggage room. The Limo layout also seats 14 but is arranged for celebrations, with ambient lighting and a bar area. Pick the cabin by who is riding and what they are carrying.
Write the day as a list with an arrival deadline on each line. Mark the stops with a wait and name the person who can approve a change if a meeting slides. Extra time is subject to availability, so don’t promise your principal an open-ended finish. A move from Midtown to a New Jersey appointment changes the route, so include it in the first request.
Send the itinerary, the passenger names as you want them used and the contact who can change the plan. The chauffeur doesn’t need the reason for the trip. If a guest prefers a quiet ride or a particular entrance, put it in one line on the reservation. Keep the note short, since a short note is the one that gets read on the morning of the trip.
The Jet books at the same starting rates as the other layouts: $200 an hour, 3-hour minimum, and local transfers from $600. Tolls, taxes and availability can change the total. Gratuity comes separately.
